Mr. Weiss is one of P.B. Fraser and Associates’ original team members. Having been involved in the financial services industry since 1976, he takes pride in offering his clients comprehensive financial advice, covering goal setting, risk management, wealth creation and preservation, and tax-efficient strategies; he has significant experience with severances and retirement packages. His background in estate administration has proved particularly valuable to his clients who are concerned about estate planning.

Allan is a member of Advocis, Canada’s largest membership organization for financial planners, he earned his CFP in 1998, and his RHU designation in 2004.

Outside of work, Allan enjoys time with his family, relaxing with music or a good book. He remains involved with the deaf community, and has taken courses in American Sign Language.
