Heather is currently on maternity leave until January 2011.

Ms. Stearns-Vepsa has been a member of the P. B. Fraser and Associates team since the fall of 2004.  Heather brings a broad mix of talents and skill to our financial business with a background and experience in education and medical photography.

She is currently assisting Brent Vandermeer and Peter Fraser while working towards the completion of a CSC certification.  Heather is keen to ensure that our clients get the very best financial services from P.B. Fraser and Associates.  Her energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail make her a very valuable team member.

Her time outside the office is spent with her husband hiking, skiing, biking and entertaining together.  They also pursue their shared passion for traveling and photography.
