Ms. Sullivan has been a member of the P.B. Fraser and Associates team since the fall of 2008. Kristy is a University of Guelph graduate in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Her previous work experience has been in management in the food service industry. She brings an excellent work ethic and commitment to the job.

She currently assists Chris Johnson as well as Rob Redman. Kristy is a delightful addition to the team and her energy and enthusiasm make her contribution invaluable.

Kristy's time outside of the office is spent with her partner Shaun and their dog Dakota, as well as caring for their new home in the country where she is trying her hand at baking. She also enjoys a wide variety of music from Broadway to country.
