Ms. Perez has been a member of the P.B. Fraser and Associates team since the fall of 2008. Sandra is an Algonquin college graduate in Office Administration. She brings a variety of experience in reception, data entry and administration.

She currently assists Brent Vandermeer and also Peter Fraser. Sandra is conscientious, considerate and detail oriented, making her a positive addition to our team.

Outside of the office, Sandra spends time attending concerts, movies and enjoying music with her partner Matt. She is looking forward to cooking in their new home and spending time with family.
